The UX Memphis seeks to create a community of UX professionals by leveraging the UX Bookclub as a foundational step to a broader effort of knowledge within the city. The goal is to bring together information architects, interaction designers, visual designers, usability specialists, and technologists to augment their understanding in methods, theories, and best practices.
Memphis UX Bookclub is a monthly gathering typically at a local coffee shop in East Memphis or Midtown. We have an active Facebook group (UX Memphis) that we leverage to manage knowledge, discussions, and the overall calendar.
