The Milwaukee UX Book Club seeks to bring together UX and related practitioners interested in deepening their knowledge and enhancing their practice through lively, in-depth discussion about books that have relevance to the UX community. Subjects of interest to this club span design theory, practices and processes for the fields of Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Usability Engineering, Visual Design and Protoype Engineering. The books include the strategy and business of design, UX design theory, UX design patterns, methodology, usability research, and the ethics of UX professionals, while networking and having some fun. Hello milwaUXee – Please join us for our first MilwaUXee Book Club discussion. We'll be meeting Thirsday, June 18 between 6-8pm at @ Alterra in the Third Ward, discussing Steve Krug's “Don't Make Me Think: A Common Sense Approach to Web Usability”.
