20081206: Email sent 12/4 to the first 7 people who signed up asking to contribute to title, location and date suggestions for fist gathering. Also asked for how people want the book club to operate. Will use a survey or some sorting tool to give everyone the opportunity to vote on the preferred title and such after 12/11.
